I don’t know about your street, but the rules restricting the parking to one side of my street are to allow access to the garbage and recycling crews on Thursday and to the street cleaning crew on Friday. It’s about allowing access to my narrow residential street to those who provide me services, not denying dark skinned people access to an amenity that light skinned people enjoy. You are making a really weird and inappropriate analogy.
