Heh. Also not a dog person, but the way they display their absolute, unstoppable, relentless commitment with their tails is so, so endearing. I get why people love them so much. To watch a dog play fetch is to see the pure embodiment of joy.

That will come to be regretted. Retrievers naturally jump, teaching them that it is okay to jump onto furniture is a skill that will not be unlearned. But yes, it is an adorable dog and patient human.
