In a reverse I had art stuck in my shoes. Before the public were kept away from Ai Weiwei’s Sunflower Seeds (because the dust was dangerous to inhale), I came home with several sunflower seeds made from porcelain stuck in my boots. I kept them.

This looks like a hobby for my retirement. And here I’ve been just throwing them back outside all this time.

I’m doing something similar by saving the rubber bands I get from free newspapers delivered to my driveway in order to build a toilet seat colander I read about in another post. I am planning to use it to conserve water from straining spaghetti and other noodles.
