I’m with you on Bloody Mary’s as well; I used to hate making them back when I tended bar and was scheduled to work brunch.

Whiskey is the only thing I’ll put in my coffee.
But it’s an evening drink for those disappearing occasions when my plan is to close out the bar.

If I drink coffee at night, I take forever to get to a poor night’s sleep. Personally I like sipping an Irish (or scotch) coffee on my porch during rainy weekend afternoons. Extra points it it’s chilly out.
