Since absolutely no one seems to perform these tests before rolling out crap like this, no one was surprised. It’s easier to just unleash crap on the marks, oops ‘customers’, and them beta or even alpha test it for you. Windows has definitely moved in this direction also so I guess if everybody’s doing it…
