I think this means they can execute the local Doctors who prescribe marijuana for anything unless they’re the Surgeon General cause that’s a Federal position?

OT: I am actually considering changing my party so I can vote for Bill Weld. I guess the RNC thinks Massachusetts doesn’t count. Weld got delagtes in New Hampshire. Damn shame the RNC decided to just go with President Trump.
Aren’t they not even having primaries in some states to make sure Trump wins?
