The last time a state sued Nike for lying about their products, they fought all the way to the supreme court arguing they have a 1st amendment right to lie. It would be way more surprising if Nike wasn’t still blatantly lying about their products, and I fear what the current court will say if they revisit Kasky

I’m surprised.

Mainly that Nike thought that anyone would believe they are eco friendly
