Failing to beat the bright green pee out of someone?
Accepting insultingly low bribes?

What gets me is that they don’t realize they are effectively shouting at the top of their lungs “we are unprofessional and can’t be expected to react any differently than your average citizen with no training.”

Possibly, the most frightening part of the whole mess is that those cops fired 100 rounds in a poulated area without a kill. That’s some scary guys to have packing loaded weapons around town! (I mean, even beyond the fact that they also don’t seem to possess the common sense God gave a billy goat.)
