Oh, good grief! An enclosed “mobility scooter” that you ride along the sidewalk. The traffic jams and accidents with pedestrians, cyclists, Lime e-scooters, pogo-sticks, etc, will be interesting.
I bet that calling it a mobility scooter lets them bypass so many safety laws and road regulations!
(It reminds me of Ng from Snowcrash and his firetruck “wheelchair”. It needs a couple rat things.)
