Too bad they didn’t continue with that, because less plastic is a good thing. Potatoes are so versatile. Some of my relatives walked to school with hot potatoes in their pockets to keep their fingers warm. They also carried a bit of salt for seasoning, because they ate those potatoes for lunch. :yum:
