To be fair, in space thereâs no âside of the roadâ to drive on.
Hopefully- he wasnât the navigator.
The ST episode Nemoy refused to take part in.
The study shows that a single layer of neurons can organize and coordinate its activity toward a specific goal, and can learn and adapt behavior in real-time. Interestingly, the networks of human neurons outperformed those of mouse cells, which is consistent with earlier work suggesting that human neurons have a greater information processing capacity than those of rodents.
The researchers describe this âlearningâ in terms of the free-energy principle, according to which the brain seeks to minimize entropy, or unpredictability, in its environment.
Thus, the unpredictable stimuli delivered when the neuronal networks fail to intercept the ball increases the entropy within the system, and so the cells adapt their behavior in order to receive predictable stimuli. This, in turn, reduces entropy and minimizes uncertainty. That is, they learned to make the sensory outcomes of their behavior as predictable as possible.
This is brilliant!
On behalf of LM Radio. I want to apologise unreservedly for the song Glory Hole by Steel
Panthers that was played just after 2pm yesterday (Sunday). This song, together with
others from Steel Panthers, was inadvertently backed up onto our Server following the
cyber-attack on our systems earlier this year. When an Hour is short-scheduled, the
system automatically includes songs to fill the hour. Glory Hole was unfortunately the song
picked by the system. We have immediately deleted ALL Steel Panther songs from our
Servers. I again apologise for this and assure you that the content of that song does not
resonate with who we are as a radio station and as individuals.
Actually, they love children, but could never eat a whole one.
This is your brain on Crack(ers).
Great service!
I wonder what it costs.
From the article
His sentencing is scheduled for Dec. 15, when he is expected to be given life in prison for the grizzly murder.
Spelling is important.
Well, if it was a grizzly bear that ate the victim, that would make more sense. WTAF?
(eta: âWTAFâ was meant for the story, not @anon33932455. Who the hell hunts people? Eeesh.)
Is it cannibalism if Iâm eaten by a werebear
