I love the excuses, despite the fact that he turned on a fake background when he decided it was time to start driving, and turned his video off so he could be less obvious when he put on his seatbelt.
It’s also roughly on par with having a conversation with a passenger. Maybe the next step is to ban that (not that I’m attributing that suggestion to you), or maybe we just need to do a better job of training drivers to focus on the most important task at hand - driving.
