The first time I ever heard it called cornhole was after I moved to the Midwest. I was in a group of people and this one guy said something about playing cornhole with his girlfriend’s mom. My face must have been priceless since he about fell over himself explaining what it was.

Yep, same here! I too thought it was something…questionable…until at some point I realized what it was referring to, lol.
