Four star reviews are the worst, not the best, according to the above.
The Words Per Error metric is the one I was looking at, it is largest for 4 star reviews, meaning there are fewer errors in the posts.
I’m not sure what’s up with the apostrophe catastrophe, but maybe it’s skewed by the 1 and 5 star posts being super short “it sucks” “so awesome” more often.
