Online symptom checkers are inaccurate

I don’t know about “online symptom checkers” but whenever I type a list of symptoms into google and get over 6,000 hits that say the same thing, it’s always 100% correct.

Which is one reason why I am alive, and my daughter is not blind.

In a related shocking bit of news, those “which Harry Potter character are you” type quizzes have been proven to be unreliable. You knew it!

Medical quizzes should actually be considerably more accurate. Most of us get sick far more often than we become fictional.

Heh. I actually just tried one of these things and came up ‘Luna Lovegood’, which seems satisfactory. Happiest mutant I can think of.

Anyhow, the protagonism/villainy/nerdity/mediocrity house system in Hogwarts always felt deeply unconvincing to me. A roughly 50% downsizing would focus resources and save a lot of trouble.

You can simplify a multidimensional thing like personality only so much. Four brackets looks to me like a good compromise.
