“Under California Penal Code 193(b), involuntary manslaughter is punishable by imprisonment for two, three, or four years. In addition, you can also be subject to a fine of up to ten-thousand dollars ($10,000) if you are convicted of involuntary manslaughter”

So we’re going to be locking up PG&E for a minimum of 168 years, yes?

Why not split the jail time through the C level and board members?

Those wonderful weasel words. “help the community move forward…” = “get everybody to shut up and let us get back to making money.”

So is this one of those “Nolo Contendere” deals? Sheesh.

Does having a soul now make you a “utility watchdog”?

“Except, of course, for the losers we killed, because fuck them. And their families. We own you miserable peasant bitches. Hahahahaha!”

Has been for pretty much my lifetime.

Sad that the State allowed this…it wasn’t involuntary that they deferred maintanance on 100 yr. old decrepit power towers. It was clearly ‘criminally negligent manslaughter’.
