As GaudaPrime says my understanding is the host is Epik. They should feel at home there.

Minor bit of pedantry : FSB not FSS The Russian acronym is ФСБ --> FSB in the Latin alphabet.

Which probably means that it is a brass plaque among many others outside a single office.
