fyi this company sounds super sketchy and is apparently notorious for denying basically any claims.

Currently working for a large, well established competitor, so I’m going to limit my comments to this: Get a copy of the contract/policy language, and figure out the details. Second, read BBB complaints/reviews etc…

There are tons of legit pet insurance companies nowadays that provide a good service, regulated by state Department of Insurance. And of course the old adage “if it sounds too good to be true…”
