The first two items I installed both failed at the licensing step. Did anyone else have this problem? It is strange that the license including with each item was the same as all the other items. Usually apps have at least a different license string format; maybe these apps all agreed on the same format, but why would they all use the same license string value?
I reported this to the help team, but there wasn’t any good selection for “license problems”, so I’m wondering how long it will take to be fixed.
