It’s not exactly a pre-order; what they mean is that they are charging money for the non-time-limited version, even though it is “beta” software.
Whatever, I gave them $15. I haven’t had time to decide yet whether it fully meets my needs in the field of creating dumb pictures out of pixels, but it looks good

GASP it has CAD-style centered scroll-wheel zooming, which I have always privately insisted was necessary for editing pixel art. That alone is worth $15

I don’t think I’ve ever used CAD, so I’m not sure what you mean. How does this feature work?
