A few GM notes:
- The owner of the carriage may be upset if he doesn’t get it back.
- The city is the confluence of two major, ship-navigable rivers. An unencumbered good swimmer could cross it, but it’s not a trivial swim.
- There are, however, dockyards on both sides of the river and constant small boat traffic.
- Dwarves, unlike elves and humans, are not positively buoyant.
