Jibril can retreat for a +3 to Dodge, giving a total Dodge of 10 (9+3-2). So, roll 10 or less on 3d6 to Dodge the charge. If you fail the Dodge, you’ll take some damage and probably be knocked off your feet, but it’s unlikely to cause serious wounding.
Thwip, the charge happens too fast for you to get a shot off before impact (unlike Nic and Ranar, Thwip doesn’t have the Combat Reflexes advantage). You can make a snap shot immediately afterwards if you want.
