My cat is cute, but sometimes I think she is hyperactive. She waged war on the plants this week. All the vases had to seek refuge in the window balcony.

Saw this guy hanging around the usual goose families. Anyone know what kind of bird this is?

It looks like a heron…some searching finds it’s probably a black-crowned night heron, or something very similar.

It has a heron body and looks like the backwards crest on the head that they have as well.
