I think most people get the interpretation from their preacher, who tells them the “right” way to interpret it… so even if they do read it, it’s via that lens.
It may be more effective to read the passages of the Bible that expressly contradict the pro-forced-birthers’ ideology.
I tried in my 20s. Got as far as the book of Numbers. Lord have mercy. Even in the new modern translations its boring, and only rarely valid as spiritual guidance.

All of the communism and wokeness he spouts off about is highlighted in red in my copy, so I know to ignore it.
