As a beneficiary of the ACA, one of those who got caring, capable practitioners who all work out of the same neighborhood center, I’ll tell you it is wonderful. Even with working conditions as described by @Czanne, they provide so much help to the community. Our city is lucky to have grown a health network that currently works with all our major institutions of health.
If all cities could have freely available neighborhood health centers, with access to general practitioners, women & children’s specialists, and mental health professionals, all working together for complete wellness, we’d have less people using doctors that promise pain relief but provide addiction.
