Shitty answer, but isn’t that what the majority of the populace has decided? That 20 means that the people who are on the terrorist watch list can still get guns? We can pass all the legislation about protecting children from the sex offender list but nothing from the “let’s not shoot them” list?

Isn’t it better to have the dial on the handset than on the base? And isn’t either one better than having it on the wall? (And aren’t corded, rotary dial phones still in regular use at my house because they are far better pieces of machinery overall than our cordless and cell phones?)
