Neither, if Ashens is anything to go by. To be fair, you don’t find too many things that only cost a dollar in most dollar stores.

Given that the UK is almost as enthusiastic about libel law as it is about money laundering I suspect that anyone who falls within their jurisdiction might well have good reason to try to avoid seeing such a threat realized.
