We got some Christmas themed ones years ago with snowflake patterns. It was quite lovely, actually. The Santa ones, not so much.

Nitpick: these optics use diffraction, not refraction, to make the hearts. If you print the Fourier transform of a heart in the film, a point source passing through the film will have some of its photons diffracted into different paths that make the heart. Red light will be diffracted about twice as far as violet light.
