Cartoon dude looks like he is choking on a Möbius nööse. Maybe we are witnessing Möbius capital punishment, or perhaps it’s one of those Möbius-self-asphyxiation things.
Since death normally occurs in four dimensions, and since the Möbius principle makes hash of anything normal, cartoon dude must be infinitely dying in five dimensions, over and over again.
