Doesn’t mean they don’t have them, just means that they are pretty much unenforceable.

I guess the thing the stands out to me the most is that instead of worrying about arbitration in the case of future cases, maybe they should be, oh I don’t know, work on eradicating a culture of sexual harassment in their offices? They didn’t even pay lip service to the idea!
