Sorry for the loss of this friend of BoingBoing. I enjoyed his stories here. Perhaps not so co-incidental that he left us just when his most famous creation did.

I grew up in New Jersey [60’s-70’s] reading The Voice, had to beg my New Yorker kin to drag a copy to me down in the sticks. Adios old friend.
