To be fair, the Russians are trying to get access to both campaigns but only one gave the admin username/password to them.

Hopefully, President Biden should find ways to upset Russia’s gas pipelines after all this. The only thing Russia respects is a counter-strike.

I would imagine a little creativity could go a long way in response. The one thing authoritarians cannot abide is dissent and any notion of weakness (cf Trump). There are plenty of social media/ weaponized meme techniques currently being field tested that would probably work wonders at undermining the authority and position of the current Tsar.
