I am thrilled to see this too! An underrated AND female artist. I think as someone who called SF home for more than a decade she is a source of pride for the city as a homegrown hero. Not to mention just how beautiful her work is. When the DeYoung was new in it’s dappled home I spent many hours in the Ruth Asawa room admiring the shadows cast.
