Update: In PA, they will NOT reopen the state run liquor stores, but they are pushing online ordering.
Their online ordering has been crashed within minutes of opening.
Their info website actually suggests you drive to NJ or Delaware instead. They reiterate that it’s illegal, but go ahead and do it.
