You’re getting ripped off. Just buy cheap 50 gallon drums and have artists paint them so they look “fancy”.

Now see, if they had trash cans like these:
I could easily understand why they were way more than $5k, and I’d probably say they were well worth it.
For a simple cityscape trash can? I mean, $5K each isn’t that out of range, but they are also spending a bunch of money on designing them, which seems like a huge waste.
