Unless evolution has pulled a really fast one, no. But even something studied as closely as the human body still holds interesting secrets.
If I present you with microscopic photo’s of every road in a town would you be able to reconstruct a roadmap?
This is harder than you think. The human body has huge structures like the whole skin or neural system all down to little clumps of less than a dozen cells that do something together. And everything in between.
And what is an organ anyway? Haematologists claim blood is an organ (because it is) but what is bone marrow a part off?

Depends on your timeframe. Have to look at other animals and primates and see if it’s unique to humans. Doubt it’d show up in paleontology specimens, so it may just be a guess.
