Even cooler — it’s apparently painted on inside of the glass. The headline should be “Skull painted in old vacuum tube.”

Now I want a functioning circuit using tubes of this sort… Pity I can’t paint worth a darn; I do have a cache of tubes.

I have a cache, too. I sort of hoard RCA and Sylvania 6V6 and preamp tubes since that’s what works best in my Deluxe Reverb. Even though 2 sets of them would make the amp last long after I’m dead… :smile:
