Could have been, but no. Never played it.
The vague image I have in mind is that of a head (or skull) on top of tiny spider-like legs (or maybe a pair of skeletal hands). I thought maybe I saw that in Dark Souls or a game like that, but no, it doesn’t really ring a bell.
