Historically, Fort Drum/Sackettsâ Harbor [sic] was a naval base for attacking , and was the staging point for the last attack in 1838 (thatâs if you donât count the Fenian Raids, which the government did try to suppress).
Oookay, well why would you still need a military base so close to the Canadian border?

Hope that the Starliner crew brought some good books, maybe a pack of playing cards with them to the Space Station because theyâre going to be stuck there at least a little while longer.
I have to say, the PR statements that have been coming out of Boeing after each new failure are pretty impressive in their sheer audacity:

Starliner can stay docked to the ISS for a maximum of 45 days during its current mission.

So they can stay for roundabout another four weeks. No need to hurry, then.
