What a terrible idea.
For similar reasons I expect in my lifetime to see at least one season of an awkward sitcom that includes Samwise Gamgee and his long suffering wife Mary.
Parks & Rec but with hobbits.

I see season 2 of Squid Game as Gi-hun’s quest for revenge. It will show his struggle to end Squid Game once and for all. If it follows the matrix of Korean movies I have seen it will not end well for Gi-hun.

I dunno if you can re-capture lightning in the bottle with a 2nd round. But I will tune in!
