I don’t follow e-sports, but isn’t South Korea one of the powerhouses of that community? I wonder what effect not being able to stream will have on those looking to build up a reputation and compete?
I don’t follow them a lot either. But for the big competitions at least the players tend to be traveling to locations outside of S.Korea.

I’m not a fan of the guy actually, but I also feel like his story isn’t as cut and dried as some would like, He was banned from pro street fighter play due to a guilty domestic violence charge. Before all the drama he was the most dominant player, and he fell back on streaming on Twitch from S. Korea.
