Clarence Thomas: requiring corporations to disclose how much they donated to influence elections is an excessive intrusion on the sacrosanct 1st amendment right to free speech
also Thomas: Private schools controling what their students can say on their own time doesn’t intrude on the students’ free speech rights
He has only one rule: punching down is a right and must be protected, but the constitution doesn’t say anything about punching up
