It’s good to celebrate such a world changing notion, and Darwin certainly deserves somewhat more than half of the credit for its development and presentation and defense. Yet, for instance, another was Russell Wallace, who tends to be unaccountably neglected in the history of evolution’s presentation.
But do we need to artistically fatten-up Darwin to the point of (coca-cola) Santa Claus? …always liked him in his hat, m’self
