Are you referring to BCE or CE? I’d like to see the clever lads who thought this through and decided it was a good idea. There has to an aurora of ignorant emanating from them just as saints are depicted with halos. How are these bozos gonna watch porn, did they think about that?

edited to ponder whether X-rays will allowed

Wait… did they just ban all films, television, streaming etc?

25* images of living things per second???!!! Death to all idolators!

(*other frame rates are available, but please no fractional stupid ones )

Arseholes.

They banned TV, movies and music when they were in power in the 90’s. If such things are currently allowed, there’s good reason to believe they will soon be banned.

The Taliban banned television the first time they were in power. In the decades after they were overthrown, they came to recognise the value of video and social media for propaganda.

“I didn’t expect the leopards to eat our faces!!!”

It was also revealed at the end of the Taliban’s last time running the country that the leaders were watching western video media and listening to whatever music they wanted behind closed doors. “Do as I say, not as I do” paternal hypocrisy at it’s finest.
