It is a tricky manoeuvre, to be sure, but it’s clear that it can be done with sufficient motivation.

According to those contractors and their political lackeys, privatization is always good. They just need more control over their employees, and the public in general. Surrendering freedoms while paying more for inferior services is the right-thinking, patriotic thing to do.
