Itâs working out to be the expected shitshow, with only isolated gentlemen being violent.
Police are being remarkably tolerant.
The main problem theyâre having is dealing with Ottawa winter, and that itâs not exactly a big city 24/7 on the go. Itâs pretty cold, there are no washrooms, the hotels arenât keen on them, restaurants wonât deliver to parking spots and close early, there are no washrooms, and no one seems to have planned for this.

i live around 60 miles from dallas and one of the candidates in the republican primary in my district has been talking about fighting the black lives matter and defund the police movements which have "burned down " significant portions of dallas which is absolute bullshit and even some of the republicans around here who go to dallas to shop a lot have admitted itâs bullshit but for others itâs fresh meat for the rubes to chew on

Whatâs great about this appeal is the argument is based around Oregonâs history of exclusion back in 1859 when it became a state and didnât allow Black people to live there.â

Republican Delegate Nick Freitas is trying to undo VAâs minimum wage increase.
In 2020, when Democrats were in full control of state government, they passed a measure that laid out a path for the minimum wage to increase to $15 by 2026, contingent on future approvals. It is currently $11. Luckily, the Democrats still control the Senate, so this wonât go anywhere.
