The half-brother Alois Jnr was in England, went back to Germany and abandoned the family (and started another one). One of Alois jnr’s sons moved to Germany and DID cling onto Hitler’s coattails for almost 10 years. After Adolf wouldnt get him a cushier job he went to the USA, got stuck there at the breakout of WW2, then later joined the Navy, and later changed his name.
