Weirdly, I got it in 4 (par), but I think only because I confirmed the last letter (position and letter) on the second try and the first letter on the third try, so at that point there were only so many possibilities left. I can see how getting second, third, and fifth letters would put you down a rabbit hole.

ADIEU CREPE FROZE
It’s weird. I couldn’t think of a good second word that contained my yellow letter but didn’t contain the other letters in my opening word. Also, I was drinking a iced latte, which probably helped me with my final choice.
