I completely spaced out on an entire quadrant today. I was happily solving away and thought I’d gotten them all then, blammo, oops, hadn’t paid any attention to the UL quadrant. 
I do love that there are zero consequences!

RUQ gave me more of a struggle than it should have - crazy how sometimes only two letters make it really obvious and other times I’m stuck scratching my head.

For me with the RUQ i somehow got it in my head that there couldnt be a G in the solution, so i scratched my head stupidly until i saw my mistake.

IOS on an old iPad, on Safari.
It seems to happen on any of the buttons when I press twice in rapid succession, so even the letters if I’m spelling something with doubles. I tested it today (got it in four!) and when I slowed down a beat it stopped happening.
