Situational humour (mindfulness about ones presence) is all around, life is quite absurd most of the time and easy dopamine flushes are to be encouraged in positive ways (laughing at someone you’ve hurt, still easy dopamine, not very positive), it’ll help the body/brain cope through most situations (although prolonged usage of dopamine to combat daily stresses, for example, with chronic pain, does tend to lead to depressive states).
